Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
For customized products, a mockup will be sent for your approval before production begins. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Refund & Return Policy

Customized Products:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on customized items.

Mockup Approval:
For customized orders, a mockup will be sent to you for approval before your order is finalized.
Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Non-Customized Products:
If you purchase a non-customized product (like ready-to-ship designs), returns or exchanges may be considered within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work quickly to make it right!
